Please read the following terms and conditions before placing any orders on my site (“website”). If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, please do not use this website or place any orders.

No commercial use of materials from this website
Please note this website is aimed at the end customer and is for non-commercial use. Without our permission, it is forbidden to copy, transfer, modify, license, distribute, reproduce, commercially use, display or publish elsewhere, advertise any products and materials or information whatsoever you can find on this website.

If you breach the terms and conditions and we find out about it, we may want to use our rights and remedies against you.

The items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may sell out. All orders are subject to availability.
We offer products for sale that are currently in stock and available for shipping right away. If you cannot find you size or the product you like is out of stock, we recommend you contacting us
 and letting us know about your wish.

How to make a purchase
In order to make a purchase you will need:
- to choose the desired product by opening this product’s page in your browser;
- and choosing the desired size by clicking on the relevant button indicating the size number;
- after you will need to press the “add to cart” button and proceed to checkout or continue shopping;
- you can adjust the number of items in your cart or remove items from the cart on “My order” page before check out;
- to finalize the order and pay you need to press “Check out now”, insert the shipping, billing etc required information fields and choose the preferred payment method. You will receive a notification with your order confirmation and shipping confirmation with tracking number to the provided E-mail address.

The validity of contract of sale, product and price information
The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping is added to the price.
The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.
Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.


We process your order during the first 24 hours or latest 48 hours after we have received a full and cleared payment from you.
Delivery times for the parcels are from 3 to 14 days worldwide (the maximum possible international delivery time is 45 days, depending on the country of delivery and external circumstances that may affect the time, a message will be sent to the client). If your delivery address is outside of European Union, bear in mind that customs formalities may prolong the delivery time. We cannot influence the transit time or be responsible for any delays caused by the transport company or the customs office. However if we receive information from the transportation company about an error with your shipment that might cause any delay or inconvenience, we will let you know about it and try to minimize the delay if we can.
A signature is required upon delivery of your order after which the responsibility for the purchased merchandise transfers to you or the signature giver (if you have authorized someone else to accept the package).
In some cases the signature is not required. If this is your case, this means you agree with our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for the parcels left outside for collection. If our transport partner decides that it is unsafe to deliver to your shipping address, they may refuse to process this order.
In case the packaging arrives damaged, please check contents before accepting or refuse to accept the package if goods inside are damaged. In case of problems with the delivery, please contact our customer support and briefly describe the issue, preferably with photos attached

Defective goods
The online store is responsible for the non-compliance of goods sold to a purchaser with the terms and conditions of the contract or for deficiencies which already existed at the time of delivery and which occur within two years of delivering the goods to the purchaser. Within the first six months of delivery, it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. It is the online store ́s responsibility to prove otherwise.
The purchaser has the right to turn to the online store within two weeks of the occurrence of a defect by e-mail
The online store is not liable for any defects arising after delivering the goods to the purchaser.
If goods bought from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store shall return to the purchaser all of the payments involved in the contract of sale.
The online store will respond to the consumer ́s complaint in written form or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.

Return of goods of proper quality is made within 14 days after receiving the parcel. Please note that returns are not made in advance and must be arranged and paid for by the purchaser, unless the delivered item is defective, such as manufacturing defects. In the latter case, after the examination has been carried out, the buyer will be notified of the refund by e-mail. 
Let us know that you are returning an item and include the courier/service and tracking number in quick email.
You can send the goods back using the same courier with which you received the package, or using another trackable delivery, which will be delivered to us within the specified time frame.
Also note that if you made a purchase in the European Union, your return must also be made from a country in the European Union, otherwise, all possible customs fees and duties that we may have to bear in order to receive the goods back will be deducted from the total amount paid for your order.
Please also note that we can only accept items that are returned in their original packaging, original receipt and tags attached, unused, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered. In the event of a disagreement about the fact of using the goods and preserving its presentation, an independent examination will be carried out.

Important information. Apparel tailored to individual specifications is final purchase and cannot be returned. Please contact us prior to making a purchase if you are unsure and need more information

Refunds are made within 14 days after receiving the item back. The timing of the receipt of funds in your bank account depends on the bank that issued your card. For questions regarding the processing of returns to your credit/debit card, please contact the bank that issued the card you used for payment.
The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).
The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the declaration of withdrawal or submit evidence that they handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store shall return to the purchaser, immediately but no later than after 14 days, all of the payments received from the purchaser based on the contract.
The online store has the right to refuse to make a refund until the goods being returned are received or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the products, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has clearly chosen a different form of shipment than the cheapest usual form of shipment offered by the online store, the store is not required to compensate the cost exceeding the usual shipping cost.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.

We do not currently offer exchanges. You will need to return the product and place a new order.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser for processing the order and sending goods to the purchaser. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser’s e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.
The purchaser is able to opt-out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail
address at any time by letting us know via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.

Settlement of disputes
All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed.
If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. The resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.

Items not owned by our store
If you happen to return any items that were not purchased from this website, please be aware that we will store those items at your own risk and you are responsible for the return.
